Our client creates custom operations software solutions for companies in the mid-market segment ($500M - $1B in Revenue). They are seeking a new Sales Director in a player/coach type role to lead a small team, hunt new accounts and grow & manage existing accounts.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $160,000 - $175,000 Base Salary (DOE) + Uncapped Commissions
- 1st Year OTE = $275,000 - $290,000 @ $1M in Revenue Generated

- 7+ years of consultative technology sales experience
- Experience targeting C-Level Execs
- Experience selling to companies at Mid-Market level ($500M - $1B in Revenue)
- Track record of success
- Ability to hunt new accounts & grow/manage existing accounts
- Experience carrying a multi-million quota
- Experience with Microsoft Azure a plus!
