Customer Success Manager – Work remotely from anywhere in U.S. 

My client is part of Alpine SG, a rapidly growing group of market-leading vertical SaaS companies backed by Alpine Investors. They are seeking a proven sales/ account management professional to step into a Customer Success Manager role within their growing team. 


Compensation: 
•    $70-90K Base Salary (DOE) + Commission/ Bonus
•    1st Year OTE = $90,000 - $100,000
•    Work remotely from home anywhere in United States

Job Description:
The Customer Success Manager's primary responsibility is to drive product adoption, highlight best practices, grow account revenue and ensure customer retention.

Responsibilities: 
● Own the process of retention, upselling and user adoptions for a book of 50 Named Accounts
● Train users to take full advantage of our product
● Conduct regular business review meetings with key accounts
● Work closely with the account team to support the sales process; uncover opportunities
for upsells
● Assist with other services and support activities as required
● Create assets & collateral to scale Customer Success activities

Qualifications: 
● 2+ years relevant work experience in a solution-oriented, customer-facing organization, preferably in a SaaS environment
● Experience teaching technology to people is a plus
● Experience orchestrating team resources to help solve a customer problem
● Patient and empathetic with a service mindset
● Cool as a cucumber under pressure
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to modify style for the audience (yard worker through C-suite)
● Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
● Personable and people loving
● Bias for action with a solution orientation
● Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise
● Passion for technology
