Sales Executive - Inside & Outside B2B Sales
Our client is a leader in facility solutions across the country. They are looking to add a talented Account Manager to their team.
The Sales Executive is responsible for setting sales appointments (i.e., 5-10) for the Sales team and selling B2B building maintenance solutions. Work with the Sales team to support the bid process and follow-up communications.
Salary & Benefits:
$40,000 - $45,000 Base Salary (DOE) + Uncapped Commissions
- 1st Year OTE = $65,000 - $75,000

What you will do...
- Identify janitorial sales targets by making proactive field visits, phone calls, and sending emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers and decision makers to generate appointments.
- Sell services to potential prospects
- Assist the sales team by providing product information, share sales ideas, gather competitive market data, and the development of sales quotes.
- Manage all sales prospecting and communication activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Handle incoming phone calls and requests for information.
- Support sales initiatives to achieve goals through calling and email campaigns.
- Support the sales team by creating sales presentations, scheduling appointments with prospects, communicating lost accounts and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Some experience cold calling & prospecting B2B or B2C is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written/oral)
- Prior history of building and establishing relationships ·
