Account Executive

Our client is positioned to capitalize on a new market of opportunity that hasn’t been largely untouched. As an Account Executive, you will spend your time in front of clients meeting with them in person or over video to understand their organization, initiatives, teams, and hiring needs now and in the future. The goal will be to develop relationships with managers, directors, and VP’s of S&B and Enterprise companies. Our client is building the sales team from scratch and have many great accounts. 
Position - Account Executive 
  • Be a rock star sales professional. 
    • Build networks and community relationships to attract passive clients and candidates.
    • 10-15 customer meetings per week
    • Following up on previous meeting actions items from people you've met 1-6 months ago
    • Rapidly build your professional talent pipeline... helping companies connect to better talent.
  • Build your book of business through sourcing new talent, cold calling, networking, social media outreach, aligning with client’s goals.

4-Year Bachelors Degree
2+ years of closing or high volume prospecting experience, preferably to technology leaders

Location -  Atlanta GA (Buckhead) 
Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary + Commissions – 1stYear OTE = $120K
