Enterprise Account Executive

With over $20M in funding, our client is growing their Enterprise SaaS team in Santa Monica, CA. They are looking for talented EAEs that can target C-Level Execs in the retail vertical nationally. Enterprise Account Executives must be comfortable with a 4 - 8 month sales cycle and have proven SaaS closing experience at the Fortune 1000 level. 

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Up to $150,000 Base Salary (DOE) + Uncapped Commissions + Equity
  • 50/50 Salary v. Commissions Split
  • 1st Year OTE = Up to $300,000

  • Work with internal teams in building proposals, business cases to RFPs and more
  • Continually add value to leads to turn interested brands into active customers
  • Speak to value and return on investment vs. technical functionality
  • Building credibility and trust with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing sales organization
  • 8+ years of quota carrying experience
  • Comfortable managing long (4 to 8 month), complex deal cycles
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and achievement of KPIs
  • Ability to work with cross-functional client teams (procurement, supply chain, marketing and/or eCommerce)
