Our client is growing their sales force in Boulder and Denver, CO. With over $12M in Series A funding and a very unique cloud software / SaaS solution, they are looking for talented Account Executives to onboard at the SMB level. Work for an innovative company with a great Glassdoor rating and amazing company culture! You will be closing inbound and outbound leads, running the full sales cycle to close.
- Sell amazing SaaS solutions to SMB customers
- Prospect and generate leads to create outbound processing of sales functions
- Manage and convert a high volume of inbound sales leads
- Use a variety of modern sales technologies (Social selling, automation tools) technologies to proactively sell to SMB Clientele
- Work in a rapidly paced sales cycle
- Own the entire sales process from end to end: Generate new leads, convert leads, conduct discovery calls, conduct demos, negotiate contracts and close deals
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 + years of professional SaaS / technology sales experience
- Inside B2B sales experience
- Ambitious and motivated to convert inbound leads
- Have experience with a CRM and/or sales automation tools
- Experience selling human resource solutions is a plus
- Ability to work in a hybrid role from home and in an office setting
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50,000 - $55,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
- 1st Year On Target Earnings (OTE) = $110,000 - $115,000
