Our client is a growing
manufacturing company of systems and devices for medium to large healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical device organizations. They are seeking an energetic and motivated inside sales representative to sell a proprietary product into hospitals.
The Regional Account Executive Responsibilities will be:
- Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities utilizing the Customer-Centric Selling process (currently through Zoom or phone calls but we hope to have in person meetings again in the future!)
- Manage opportunities in CRM to grow and develop the pipeline
- Respond to leads generated by the business development and marketing teams.
- Groom and develop sales opportunities from a mix of assigned current customers and target prospects.
- Become known as a compliance expert
- Expand relationships and orchestrate complex deals across more diverse business stake-holders.
- Work as a team for the most efficient use and deployment of resources. Provide timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions
- Meet or exceed revenue targets to achieve company growth goals.

$75K-$80K Base + Commission = First year on target earnings of $110-$130K+.
- 5+ years' direct sales experience selling enterprise solutions
- Selling into markets such as Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices is a plus!
- You have a measurable track record in new business development and over achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Skills to convey technical aspects to a non-technical audience
- A self-motivated, curious mind, and eager to learn - bottom line, we want someone who loves what they do.
- Strong work ethic and a bias to action.
- Team player who understands the importance of strong individual performance in support of a broader set of team objectives.

- Ability to navigate highly regulated organizations
- The ability to adapt in fast-growing and changing environments
- Track record of successfully closing six-figure and above deals with prospects and customers in the defined territory
