Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses + Stock Options + 401(k) + Full Healthcare Benefits + Training + Rapid Promotion - 1st Year On Target Earnings (OTE) Up to $70K+

Career Advancement: You have the ability, based on your performance, to be promoted very quickly into an Outside B2B Account Executive role making well into the six figures.

What do you need to bring to the table?

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3.0 GPA or Higher
  • High Energy - Goal Setting/Achievement - Work Ethic
  • Positive Attitude & Competitive Spirit 
  • Inside Sales / Prospecting / Cold Calling experience preferred!
  • Relationship Building & Communication Skills
  • Business Acumen 

Responsibilities:

  • Articulate company solution, benefits, and processes to potential clients
  • You will be making 50+ outbound calls/day! Are you afraid of the phone? 
  • Learn and develop new, creative sales techniques and strategies
  • Position yourself to understand the needs of the SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise sectors
  • Meet monthly sales targets according to sales plan
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and articulate market feedback to senior executives
  • Be able to contribute significantly to award winning team culture
