Our client is seeking an Outside Sales Manager that will be on the front line to find and develop “Customers for Life" in your region. Through a strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitude, you will be responsible for building, developing, and leading your team of professional Field Sales Representatives.
Manage a team of Field Sales Reps
Targeting and acquiring new clients
Outside B2B Sales Hunter Role
Selling a large variety of Business Supplies and Janitorial Solutions
Ability to manage and grow relationships with new and existing clients
Manage territory through monthly activity and pipeline recorded in CRM
3 or more years of successful business-to-business new account sales and with 2 additional years in sales management preferred.
Must have a hunter mentality and an entrepreneurial focus
Consultative Sales Model – ability to look at the comprehensive business to provide solutions
Ability to prospect, cold call, and develop new business relationships over the phone and in-person
Personal commitment to exceptional customer service
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
Self-motivated entrepreneur who can also work effectively on a team as well as individually
High School diploma Required, Bachelor’s Preferred
Compensation: $85,000-90,000 (DOE) Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions & Team Performance Bonuses
