Our client is a technology innovator in their industry and works with over 50,000 companies globally. They are building a new Sales Development Representative team in Memphis, TN and are seeking highly talented individuals who are looking for a long term sales career. 

The Sales Development Representative is a role  is specifically focused on developing highly qualified and closeable pipeline within Small and Medium sized (SMB) companies, as defined within our CRM as accounts with up to 200 employees. In this job, you will be trained to understand who the ideal prospect is, how to connect with them and qualify that they are in fact a fit. You will constantly develop and refine your ability to send effective cold emails, make effective cold calls, identify and qualify real opportunities in a B2B sales environment. Just as Sales Development Rep’s work to build the future pipeline for the company, they are also our “farm system” for future Business Development Representatives, Accounts Executives, Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Leadership.

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce.Com, Salesloft, Pardot and other tools is a plus

Compensation: $40,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions – 1st Year OTE = $50,000 - $55,000
