Territory Manager - Capital Equipment Dermatology

Our client is the industry leader in light-based aesthetic and medical treatment systems. They are looking for a proven, outside B2B sales hunter to target dermatologists, plastic surgeons and med spas. This laser technology is revolutionizing the industry providing solutions for skin revitalization, body contouring, tattoo and hair removal, pigmentation, surgical/acne scars, cellulite and vascular treatment. 

Requirements: 

Bachelors Degree 
* 1 - 3 Years of outside B2B sales experience targeting physicians within the dermatology market preferred
* Experience in an outside, hunting B2B role also preferred
* Proven sales success and documentation a plus
* Organized territory management skills 
* Superior communication and sales presentation skills a must
* Clean driving record and background 
* Extensive travel within territory 

Responsibilities: 
Lead generation, appointment setting, sales presentations and hunting new accounts within territory
* Identify, target and develop relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aestheticians and skin care clinicians
* Provide knowledgeable, consultative skin care solutions 
* Meet or exceed all quotas
* Attend trade shows and heavily network to generate referrals
* Attend continual training and sales meetings with Regional Directors


Compensation: Up to $55,000 Base Salary (Based on Experience) + Commissions - 1st Year OTE $120,000 + Full Healthcare Benefits + Expense Account + $500/month Car Allowance
