Our client is one of the fastest growing computer software (Software-as-a-Service) companies in America. They are seeking a goal driven, Sales Development Representative that wants to jump start their sales career!
 
The SDR will be partnering with Account Executives to help close deals at the Mid-Market & Enterprise level nationally.
 
Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 Base Salary + $10K - $15K Commissions + Ramp Program – 1st Year OTE = $50 - $60K

Career Advancement: SDR's will have the ability to move up into an Account Executive role after 12 months. AE's make $100K - $130K total OTE
 
Responsibilities:
  • Cold calling expertise, making 50+ planned sales calls a day to your target territory
  • Best practices to create interest from top executives in prospect accounts
  • Partner with Sr. Sales Executives to create a plan for managing a sales territory and how to consistently exceed quota (20 Set Demos/Month)
  • Exposure to working with the Enterprise Account Executive
  • Effective use of Salesforce
  • Assist in creating sales opportunities and scheduling meetings with key executives
  • Learn best practices in delivering presentations in a sales process
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Sales Internships a plus!
  • Experience in technology related field
  • Some experience cold calling/prospecting
  • Some inside sales experience a plus
