Medical Device Sales Associate - Spine Specialist
For over 10 years our client has been a leader and innovator in orthopedic technology specializing in the manufacture of musculoskeletal implants. This growing medical device company is expanding nationally and are seeking proven outside sales representatives to join their team. Sales representatives should be driven, goal oriented and understand how to penetrate into multiple levels of hospitals and healthcare organizations. 

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Prospect and schedule sales presentations with physicians, Medical Directors, orthopedic surgeons, department heads and C-Level Executives within healthcare organizations.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, prospecting and networking
  • Run in person sales presentations 
  • Utilize consultative sales strategies to drive new business and gain market share
  • Attend sales training, meetings, conferences and trade shows
  • Meet or exceed monthly and/or quarterly quotas
  • Develop, maintain and grow relationships
  • Manage territory effectively
  • ‚ÄčBachelor's Degree 
  • Entry Level- 5 Years Outside Business to Business sales experience
  • Medical Device, Spine or Medical Supply sales experience preferred
  • Goal Driven, Motivated, Organized Hunters wanted
  • Proven sales success - Brag Book / Documentation required
  • Must be able to travel up to 50%

Up to $60,000 Base Salary + No Commission for 12-18 months 2nd year earnings 125-200K+   Full Healthcare Benefits + 401K + Car/Cell Package + Expense Account
