Responsibilities:

As an in-house recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and coordinating the hiring process for multiple requisitions within several divisions. We will be focusing heavily on Sales & IT positions. We have a brand new office and an amazing (and fun!) company culture!

 
Skills/Requirements
  • 1-5+ years of recruiting experience:  Agency recruiting, corporate recruiting, sales recruiting
  • A sales focused recruiting background is ideal with interest in other areas.
  • Willingness to work outside the strict job description parameters, thinking creatively about how to provide the highest level of customer service
  • Ability to develop relationships with hiring managers and take ownership of the hiring process
  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
  • Exceptional ability to source and sell candidates and bring in quality talent
  • Ability to manage 15-20 open reqs at a time
  • Hunter mentality, prospecting within a multitude of candidate resources such as LinkedIn
  • Great phone skills 
  • A good listener who is open minded
  • A strong attention to detail with excellent follow through. 
  • Must "own" the positions and not let managers stand in the way of filling openings
