With their growth, they are looking for a talented manager to help develop & grow the current BDR/SDR team. This person will be responsible to grow and manage a team of 15-20 people starting day 1.

What You'll Do:

The BDR/SDR team is a crucial contributor to the success of the team and our client is looking for a highly experienced and enthusiastic SDR Director to lead the charge! 
  • Coach the sales development team to generate qualified leads, grow the sales pipeline, and ultimately grow the customer base to drive revenue.
  • Manage and grow a team of 15-20 Sales Development Representatives and also develop SDR processes to optimize efficiency.
  • Strategize the best way to target accounts and develop new opportunities.
  • Have an intimate knowledge of the challenges SDRs commonly face daily and provide the team with best practices to overcome those challenges.

  • Lead SDR team to exceed their respective month, quarter, and annual targets
  • Hire and develop new reps
  • Hold each SDR accountable to defined performance plans
  • Lead weekly meeting reviews with SDR team
  • Coach team on prospecting, qualification and attended meeting generation
  • Measure and continually find ways to improve process and performance
  • Foster collaboration within SDR team and across the customer success and field sales team members
  • Build and document scalable systems and processes to grow SDR team
 
What You'll Need:
 
  • 2-10+ years of experience leading high-performing lead generation teams 
  • Proven track record in outbound/cold calling sales
  • 2+ years of experience selling SaaS 
  • Experience growing hiring and developing a SDR/BDR team
  • Enthusiastic leader with the ability to inspire others
  • Deep understanding of generating pipeline through outbound activity
  • Consistent track record of quota overachievement as an individual contributor
  • Results oriented, metrics driven track record
  • Excellent communication skills
