Compensation:
 
  • $55K base salary + Uncapped Commissions
  • Base salaries are increased by hitting targeted sales goals
  • $100K LTD “Life to Date” Revenue  = $50K base  (Typically achieved within 6 months)
  • $1M LTD = $60K base (Typically achieved within 2 years)
  • Average 1st Year OTE $75K - $100K – 2nd Year $100K - $125K
  • Uncapped commissions - Top Reps $150K+
  • $575/month for Automobile / Cell Phone allowance
 
What will you be doing?
 
As a Client Relationship Rep, you will work in a proactive role with existing clients to offer additional training, give updates on existing services and to inform them of new integrated features being offered:
 
  • NO Cold Calling!
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Analyzing needs of the client and customizing solutions to meet their needs
  • Train clients on new and existing services
  • Meeting sales quotas by promoting additional software services to our client base
  • Solution base selling techniques with a consultative approach
  • Responsible for client retention

What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher from an accredited university
  • Past experience in formal leadership positions within social or professional organizations
  • Proven track record of success through promotions, awards, rankings
  • Self-starter with strong organization skills and the ability to think strategically about personal impact to long-term business strategy
  • Effective communicator with a strong business acumen
  • Energetic and passionate about personal brand; must have a professional approach to daily tasks and carry oneself like an executive
