  • $35-40K base + Commission = 1st year 55K+

Inside Sales Business Account Executive
 
The Entry Level Customer Service Sales Associate is responsible for helping to grow the relationships our client has established, assist in developing new business through identifying new opportunities, generating sales leads, prospect qualification, soliciting new customers and managing the client account; also maintain contact with clients of various sizes, build long-term relationships and handle day-to-day challenges.
 
Essential Job Functions
 
  • Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments 
  • Identify and rectify data entry discrepancies
  • Telephone prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline 
  • Compute cost and price shipments for bids 
  • Contribute to the growth and development of accounts
  • Respond promptly and cordially to customer requests via phone and email  
  • Collect, review for accuracy, correct, and maintain all customer documents 
  • Assist Sr. Inside Sales Reps with daily administrative tasks and grow book of business  
  • Special projects as assigned
 
Requirements & Skills
 
  • Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience 
  • Relationship-building ability 
  • Personable 
  • High level of attention to detail; efficient 
  • Communicate and interact with diverse backgrounds 
  • Courteous phone and email etiquette 
  • Problem-solver  
  • Motivated to learn the business 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC skills
