We are looking for a passionate, motivated sales development professional to lead our Sales Development team.  Ideal candidate possesses a strong technical aptitude, leadership qualities, and a solid sales acumen. 
Your Day
  • Manage and motivate a global sales development team
  • Lead the sales development team in penetrating new accounts via cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Develop employee goals, manage performance, and mentor the sales development team
  • Implement a quarterly action plan for each SDR (account targets, prospecting strategy, etc.) to help them meet objectives.
  • Create and drive demand generation campaigns to meet account penetration objectives
Must Haves:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience managing an SDR team for a SaaS company.
  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor a fresh, competitive sales development team on a global level.
