Our Client is one of the leading manufacturers of innovative, high-quality, design solutions for home and office. Compensation: Pay: 65-95K Base (dependent upon location and experience) plus commission – OTE 100-130k+_ Full Benefits Job Description: The primary function of this position will involve training, motivating, and improving the daily activities of the sales team. Extensive travel will be involved as you will handle a large territory. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: • Increase sales and take ownership of the region • Consistent travel to all showrooms (75% travel) • Maintaining showroom integrity – making sure the showrooms are presentable with up-to-date equipment • Motivating the sales team • Helping each sales person create daily/weekly schedules and/or plans • Training sales team on time management skills • Reviewing sales scenarios and finding solutions or reasons for lost sales opportunities • Reviewing monthly / quarterly sales goals versus actuals with Director of Sales • Promoting and developing the proactive sales strategy with Director of Sales • Working with sales team to create “events” at each showroom to draw in potential proactive leads Qualifications: • 5+ years of sales management experience with 10 years of actual sales experience • 3-5 years of architecture and design experience • Commercial world knowledge • Impeccable communication skills both verbally and written • Multi-tasking and the ability to wear multiple “hats” at once • High level of proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, Outlook, Word) • Patience and ability to handle different and/or challenging situations • Teamwork oriented • Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities Benefits & Perks:
