Job Description:

Close all potential leads that are driven into the showroom through various avenues in addition to generating leads for yourself by networking and prospecting in the Architecture and Design communities.

We are looking to grow our teams with people who share our energy for sales, and customer service. Our Design Consultant will help run the day to day operations of the showroom. The Design Consultant position offers qualified candidates the ability to advance their selling skills and professional career.

Primary responsibilities:
  • Assist walk-in customers (when necessary)
  • Retail/ Showroom sales and customer service (when needed)
  • Use the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - Salesforce
  • Make outbound calls
  • Research prospective leads, and generate revenue through new opportunities
  • Receive out-of-state/area internet leads—follow-up via e-mail or phone to close sales
  • Answer phones, check voicemail, return customer calls and assist with questions (when necessary)
  • Maintain accurate reports for the following
    • Daily sales reports
    • Weekly pipeline reports
    • 10/20 day monthly forecasting
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
  • Bachelor’s Preferred
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to sell over the phone, via email correspondence, and in-person consultations
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Outgoing, professional, and self-motivated is a MUST
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
