Inside Sales Representative

Our client is one of the world’s leading providers of technology solutions and professional services to organizations with engineering design and information technology needs.

As part of a dynamic inside sales team you will be responsible for the full sales cycle including prospecting for new clients, developing stronger relationships with existing clients, and working to understand each client’s needs and requirements where our products and services will improve productivity. Additional responsibilities include:
  • Achieving consistent quota attainment and other performance metrics
  • Presenting and articulating advanced product concepts, features and benefits
  • Continuous personal training and development as the market changes
  • Using a CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales

- $42K - $47K + monthly commissions  + 6 month ramp (additional $6-$9K) + Named Accounts = $60-$75K 1st year

  • Demonstrated success in a sales position with territory responsibility
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with consultative or B2B sales
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to make 30 outbound calls per day
  • Ability to have business conversations with C Level Executives in the small and medium business (SMB) market
  • Proven ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting through close
  • Ability to engage at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • Sales experience with technical products, technical services or SaaS preferred
  • Experience with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office and CRMs
  • Bachelor’s Degree
